Repayment of Shared Blessings (PBB) to provide special space when the Debtor has problems or obstacles, psychological burdens and very limited financial capabilities in negotiating their debt. "Pelunasan.id", becomes a 'digital vehicle' that is easy and open in the process for Debtors who are aware and need to be assisted in carrying out balanced communication and are represented in negotiating debts with Lenders
The purpose of the “Pelunasan.id” application:
1. Increase Accessibility to Debt Mediation:
The “Pelunasan.id” application aims to increase the accessibility of the Indonesian people to efficient debt mediation. With this application, debtors who have bad debt problems can easily get professional and trustworthy debt mediator services.
2. Helping People Avoid Conflict:
This application aims to help people avoid conflicts with the collection department of the lender. This reduces the psychological burden on people in trying to pay off their debts.
3. Facilitate Communication and Negotiations:
This application really opens up space for communication and negotiations on behalf of customers carried out by us with lenders. This allows for an effective and collaborative process
4. Education and Debt Management:
The “Pelunasan.id” application provides education and debt management through the content installed on this application. It is hoped that people will realize and learn about the need for debt.
