Never could get it to work

lame bank the help is horrible especially the springfield office

Should be more active in member based retention, instead of passing judgements and making inferences based on such poor policies/practices not aligned with member owned, co-op life. Much like religious fanatics in the surrounding areas. I've used credit unions my whole life, (age 5).. told by my mom, of the importance and differences between CU's & traditional banks . Peoples CU sadly surprised me. Now, have to wait them out to remove an account that is mine, new admittedly, w/o forfeiture.
