Not a Training App. I only used the single not mode, and deleted after 5 minutes. It's cool as a little app design project, but not really helpful. It selects a random key from a random octave, and rather than playing the not for the key you pressed, it plays the next note, which isn't helpful for actually learning to recognize the keys.

Audio never loads. Gets stuck at 97%. Managed to get it working. Interface is bad. Default mixes all the octaves together, which is impossible for a beginner. Option allows you to limit to a single octave, but the on screen keyboard uses a different octave, making it difficult to review and practice when you miss.

The results are shown in green and red - make them bold or somehow more prominent so that they are more clearly visible with peripheral vision - one should not need to take eyes away from the keyboard. Also, when wrong note is pressed, don't generate a new note until correct answer is guessed, ie, allow multiple chances. Save all options across sessions. This app is the best of its kind and my most used pitch trainer. Thanks.
