It's suppose to be making things easier but it's NOT. Signing out every few minutes, requiring us to log in again with case sensitive capcha code for making a transaction is making things slower, really. that is the only major downside of the app. other features are really helpful, but again...login with case sensitive captcha code to charge a QR transaction multiple times a day? there are better apps than this.

Worst apps so far. Captcha code is the most annoying part, keep saying the code is error and signing out every few minutes. Not user friendly apps and not recommend for merchant unless your company upgrade it with better version.

Oh my GOD, after updating to this new version from Permata mobile X to PermataQR, i can't even make a trnsfer, and now the transfer type BI-Fast, which is error of type transfer.. Please fix this things up, i can't make a transaction right nowww ππππ
