Phenix Smart Employee app is one of the Phenix system applications, compatible with Android and iPhone environments, designed to make HR tasks easier.
It allows managers to track employee attendance, where the app sends a notification to the employee when they enter the company's location for check-in, and another notification when they leave the location for check-out.
The app provides the following features:
Integration with the app through the HR system using the employee card, where the employee's QR code is entered.
Manual check-in or check-out, with synchronization of movements to the Phenix server.
View or request leave within a specified time period.
Review advances and calculate salary within two time periods
