Pict-O-Stat is a survey tool that uses Pictogram symbols, photographs and recorded speech to present and clarify questions and answer options for people with various forms of cognitive impairment.
The program includes a large library of proven questions and surveys that are carefully designed to be accessible to as large a target group as possible.
Adapted question libraries are available for daily activities and for housing, and it is also easy to supplement with your own activity-specific questions and questionnaires.
