Unnecessarily time consuming! One of the worst designed apps that I have ever used. On the login page I entered my reference without any problem, the password was another matter! Firstly it isn't possible to paste my password into the box, forcing me to write it out and input it manually. Then every time I tried to input the password the keyboard would cover the box so I couldn't see what I was writing. I would go on, but there's not enough room here. What should have taken 60 secs took 20 mins

App won't open, despite uninstall, reinstall, update etc. I see the other reviews cannot get past login, I get a blue screen flash and occasionally a message to say App cannot open, update once advised bug fixed. Or Cannot open App. Or just a blue screen flash. Sadly current rating very low as cannot access anything.

Awful app. Can't even log in. How are you supposed to pay bills when you can't use this service? I'm sure they'll be quick enough to charge you for late payments. Sort it out as in this day and age it's not coming across as very professional at all
