To start with it didn't recognize my username and locked me out. After 2 hours on hold they finally reset it for me. Customer service was very nice and helpful. I'm not very pleased with the mobile deposit. I deposited on Friday, received an email saying it would take two business days and here it is Tuesday and the deposit still isn't showing in my account. With the old app deposits were almost instant. Not happy at all with this app. The old app was more reliable and easier to use.

I had my husband & 2 sons acc num saved and we transfer to each other often. This is the 2nd time their accounts disappeared from my saved list plus our join checking. I cannot make any transfers to any of them. This is happening for the second time. The first time I could added them again. But that option disappeared and it is not possible any more. Totally frustrated.

Not happy. Unable to link multiple accounts, like in the last app, and switch quickly between them. Plus, there isn't a quick code to enter in. I'm forced to enter in my password each time and log out before I can access my other account??? No, thank you. Also, the deposit check process is SLOW and difficult to use compared to the old app. Pima...you have some changes to make!
