About this app

PinPoint, designed by our in-house experts in the Digital Factory team, is the easiest and safest way to share exact location data on the railway. It aims to make the day job easier by providing accurate Engineer Line References (ELR), What3Words, Latitude/Longitude and Postcode reference data. Pinpoint combines key functions of WhereAmI and GPS Finder, as well as adding extra functionality, with services based on reliable location data.​​​​​​​

This application has been built to allow secure access by railway partners.

Hi great application but it doesn't work on Android especially the camera the rest of the application seems to be fine but the camera have on issues does not take a complete picture only the ELR greed time and the mileage. Rest of the picture is disappeared.

Great on iPhone devices, useless on Android - installed on three different android phones, the app doesn't show location details, just a map.

Worse than a banking app to sign up to gave up in the end with all the different authentication codes needed
