Using the app is really frustrating. It doesn't update when money comes in or out so it's not accurate to my account. It never showed when I got an important payment I was waiting on, and that caused me a lot of stress. My account constantly has an error sign but it doesn't tell me what the error is. Customer support says it's because the app needs to update, but I'm still having problems even after updating, signing out, and doing everything else they told me to do. It's basically broken.

This app has been very cumbersome 95% of the time I have to retake clear pictures of the check saying that the amount is wrong an other visible error messages, when the pictures are clearly visiblely crisp and within the frame perimeters that is given. I'm not a fan of this app! I shouldnt have to spend as much time as I do just to deposit checks. Oh and I am well versed with the operation my camera. I know I can't be the only one having similar issues. Thank you, kinda..

There is a serious flaw with this app and the website. There are times when I do not have access to my active phone because of work. Since I cannot log in without a text verification code, it is impossible to log in. Why do you not have the option for a verification email to be sent instead of a text or phone call? Love PFCU, but seriously hate this problem.
