So sick of this app!! EVERY SINGLE TIME you log in, the app doesn't work and you have to verify everything, add the same number thats already been verified, it's like a 6 step process to transfer money or check accounts. They need to fix it! UPDATE: they finally updated this app and somehow they made it WORSE!! honestly. it's an pp that functions like online (website) banking and it's awful!! Takes forever to do anything. 80 steps just to transfer money.

When it functions, it's "fine" for what it is. However, the app CONSTANTLY glitches and makes it so you can't use your fingerprint to sign in quickly, forcing you to type in your (hopefully) long password every single time. The only way to fix this is to uninstall and reinstall the app. It also forces you to "sign up" with your phone number almost every time you log in as well. They also made the purchases and deposits the same color instead of one being red and the other being black.

Used to be great but when I got a replacement phone all of a sudden it won't text me a code to log in. Called customer service they put me through to IT who wasn't able to fix it even with turning on and off a bunch of setting in my phone, and said to give it a few days. Well here we are, a brand new phone straight out of the store and still can't get a code to be able to use the app. It upsets me because this was one of my most used apps.
