I'm really mixed with this company. I like the bot feature. It's easy to use. What needs a big improvement is the funding. ACH transfers leave your bank quickly, but they don't let you trade for a week after the transfer is taken & in the crypto markets, timing sometimes is crucial. Crypto withdrawals & Fiat are also very delayed (2 weeks minimum) The 3 stars are for the bot application. Come up with a better deposit and withdrawal policy and I'll add the 2 remaining stars

became full with this one as they will close out your trading bots without your permission and your money disappears with it, as well as the hidden fees. sure $12 to withdraw sounds nice but when it takes it out multiple times without telling you then that's an issue. I withdrew $500 and left enough in my account to cover the fee, they took it from there and about a week later the money finally gets to my account, it was $468 and my bank doesn't charge fees for this kind of thing.

You won't be able to withdraw anything no matter what you do. I started out with 35 USD on day one. PI coin went live, then added 60 USD, and the total amount accumulated to 108 USD. Tried to withdraw on multiple occasions and waited at least 24 hours for the withdrawal process to register. It didn't. Don't waste your time and money, because you won't receive a cent.
