First, this product is incredible and I love it. Let's get that part out of the way. There many issues with the ap itself, though. Pretty often, the connection will randomly drop and fail to reconnect, even when the plantwave is put into pairing mode. Closing the app, turning off the pantwave, and turning it back on after re-opening the app is the only way to fix it. Sometimes, the app will crash altogether, resulting in the same process being necessary. Battery indicator also doesn't work.

I just received the plantwave product I was so excited to use it. Id gone to a showhouse that had these and its so amazing and very relaxing to listen to. I was quickly disappointed when I download the Android app and it was unable to pair. I check the app preferences, switch the Bluetooth on and off to try connecting the product no such luck. It's incredibly disappointing considering I paid $300+! Will be returning it for sure.

After some experimenting, and I don't know why this is, the app dislikes Androids below 5g. Android 5g,fine. Android 4g, not fine; it has trouble connecting & freezes up. It only acts normal when I uninstall then reinstall. When the app works (on my 5g), it does play, albeit sometimes even after you've disconnected the plant. Since it'll play for quite a while disconnected at times, I question the device's legitimacy sometimes. But I do LOVE the concept so I roll with it! (Owner since Nov 2023)
