1. you have a live chat feature, i wish when the chat ended we can still see all the chat bubbles (not only from the artists) 2. the translations sucks. 3. how about you display both original text and the translations in the chat bubble? 4. i subscribe to someone but he doesnt come almost a month, shouldnt i get a refund? or at least you can notify the artist to come on the app

the notification is just so delayed, i've been paying to get an update faster but what's the point when the thing is i didn't get any single of notification especially when the artist is doing live, this app is just so frustrating

Trying to buy merch through the in-app store but it won't let me log into my PayPal. I will enter my account details and log into the account but then another window will pop-up telling me to log in. So it isn't working.
