App finally fixed and wallets can be imported and opened after a software update but this after numerous emails to support without any feedback, hence the 3 stars...

Finally received ETH I sent 11 days ago... maybe they're finally updating the app after the Cold Wallet Acquisition. 1 star - 2 star for now... due to the fact that support has yet to reply to my emails. Poor customer support is not acceptable.

Downloaded and tried to create a new wallet. after giving me a seed phrase, I can't get past the part where it checks that you have it. I put in the correct words, it just says error. Tried multiple times with the same result, so this wallet is unusable. Also, I downloaded Cold Wallet. why is it called Plus Wallet after I download it?
