Paying over 100 dollars for service that doesn't work as advertised and had my last review deleted along with the other critical reviews. Called to have it upgraded and is now slower than before. Called again a few times and have not had a service call back. It's not only my service but everyone else I know in my area who is having the same issues that use the same service. I think starlink, your competitors, are offering better service and prices. I am going to let everyone I know to switch

nothing on your app helps get what I need to have done. I can't check my billing invoice. there are other people and things that have access to the router which is what the app is supposed to be all about the router, and there is no list except it will show what is using it currently.
