Application created so that Polarier collaborators can consult and manage all their information related to the field of Human Resources in an agile, simple way and from anywhere: personal data for the company, official documents (DNI, NAF, IBAN, etc.) , labor documentation (contract, payroll, form 145, proof of absences, etc.), days worked and hours worked, vacation availability, official company communications, etc.
The application makes it possible to streamline all the processes in this area, both from the point of view of the collaborator and the HR staff, avoiding unnecessary travel and optimizing the time of all those involved.
The functionalities developed are:
- Personal file: consultation and modification of personal information.
- Document manager: consult, upload and sign labor documents.
- Work calendar: visualization of days worked, vacations, leaves, etc.
- Notifications: display of notifications related to the previous sections.
