Generally works well. Like others, I had some difficulties when the app seemed to stop recognizing my Poolmate Plus watch via NFC and would hang or crash. However, after contacting Swimovate I found out this was caused by a corrupt log on my watch. Swimovate emailed me some brief instructions (see below) and I was able to reset the logs and the my Poolmate Plus/app now sync again. "To get rid of a corrupted log you will need to do a factory reset, to do this (from the normal time of day screen) press mode until you see SETUP, press start. Press mode until you see CLEAR LOG, press up and you will see Reset All. Hold the down button for 2 seconds to carry out the reset. You can test uploading now by recording a short chrono session and trying to upload that." 5 stars because although there was a problem, Swimovate responded quickly and their proposed solution actually worked!

was working well initially, uploading my logs by nfc but after some weeks this feature stopped working. I cam use the pc still to see my logs. Otheriwse good information and very nice to see stats per set immediately after a swim session. Please fix the nfc issues.

Same issue this is the second time it,s failed to upload via NFC. Seems to be a common problem. Is it the app or the watch.
