ever since i opened up a bank account and registered for mobile banking things changed ...i can only deposit money but when it comes to withdrawals nothing you will get from your own account and customer service Agents cant solve anything very poor services..im regreting the time i wasted to open up the bank account

The worst app ever after the last update. Trying to register and it tells me invalid NIN or Passport number. Effort to get help from customer care is futile. I had to just close my account, coz I can't entrust my money in an app with bugs that can't be fixed! Finally the invalid NIN issues is resolved after backend NIN info matched the front-end, now you deserve a four start, thank you for heeding to customer complaints

I think this app is limited to specific people because when I try to log in it brings invalid user ID or number and as if the customer care staff are incompetent coz they keep telling we shall handle within 24hrs and nothing is done.
