• Modify or delete the contents of your shared storage - to read or modify your media files, including playlists, album covers, CUE files, LRC files on the older versions of Androids
• Foreground Service - to be able to play music in the background
• Modify system settings; Disable your screen lock; This app can appear on top of other apps - optional - to enable player on the lock screen
• Prevent phone from sleeping - to be able to play music in background on old Androids
• Full network access - to search for covers and play http streams, for Chromecast
• View network connections - to be able to load covers only via wifi
• Modify audio settings - to be able to switch audio to speaker

I got the unlocker when you had to pay in person at their office with camels! Well, a long time ago. 2016 as an apk I find. Thought it was older. Finally I can support the devs again. No subscription, you're amazing. Most remarkable feat to me: sound quality. I tried to compare headphones. Big difference... but it was puzzling. It took time to realise the best sound (by far) was due to Poweramp and not different devices or headphones. Not all mp3 bits are equal. Poweramp bits are most equal

Always been quite happy with this Poweramp app, but I switchen over to Samsung Buds3 pro earphones recently and notice that some songs now play not so good anymore. It is like the volume is going up and down a bit while playing a song. Not with all songs. Playing these songs using the Samsung Music app does not have that same effect. No idea why it has problems with the Buds3 Pro and do hope it will get fixed.
