About this app

Application to control the presence of the employee through the mobile phone. The employee will only have to enter the application and press the button to perform marking at the moment in which he begins and ends his working day, keeping the GPS position in which he performs the marking. The on-site control application allows you to keep an exhaustive record of the activity of the workers.

Due to the current regulations regarding the control of the presence of employees, it is mandatory to keep a record of face-to-face control of employees, and mobile employees, such as sales representatives, installers, carriers, etc., are not an exception. .

This App is fully integrated with our PresenciaPin Software system, so that the markings made by employees will be available in this application. You will be able to carry out an exhaustive management of the presence control of these employees, including calendars, schedules, incidents, vacations, etc...

Apart from the attendance records, the worker can also make information markings, in which he can include an explanatory text of the point in which he is for later clarifications of the work carried out each day.

Another functionality of the application is the production control oriented to times dedicated to each task. From this App, the employee can make markings indicating when he has started working on each task, selecting said task from a pre-established list.

As with the face-to-face control, we will be able to consult all the markings made by the employees from the PresenciaPin application, consult the times dedicated to each Task, consult which workers worked on them, what days and at what hours.
