Ratings and reviews

The Primedia advert that is pushed over the radio stream has the worst timing. Last week, I could not listen to the second half of "What's happening at the courthouse" because I had to listen to the Primedia advert about advertising. The same happened now when Darren played the whatsapp messages about the prank. Edit: 1 September 2025 and it seems to be worse than ever. I'd recommend finding a different radio app.

Greedy! On top of programmed advertising, the app arbitrarily adds more commercials cutting into programming. Suddenly mid sentence it cuts to an advert. Annoying.

A frustrating user experience: you're constantly punished with ads that interrupt live radio discussions, news, content. It's nonsensical to have in-app ads and radio ads. -------------------------- A disappointing rebrand. The diversity and vibrance of the Primedia stations are now wrapped in a "dark-mode" tomb with a branded logo that resembles that which is X (Twitter) - a soulless community.
