Awful customer journey. App logged me out. Require dmeto sign backing. But couldn't just signing as normal. They needed to email me verification links. Even though I've had an account with them for years. Stuck in a loop of requesting a link and getting verified, only to have something go wrong their end and need to do it all again.

cannot set up an account as Im stuck in a loop, I put in my number which has to be verified I have to close the app to get the code (because copy and paste won't work as it puts all thr code in the first box) and then when I get back to the app it's started again and is asking for my number to verify. Blah blah blah.

Buying priority tickets through the app used to be easy but it feels almost impossible now - I get sent in an endless loop of errors everytime I try and log in and, if by some miracle I manage it, the ticketmaster link for priority tickets doesn't work properly. I used to bypass these issues by using the priority website rather than the app, but can no longer do that. If you're going to make the app the only way to access the offers, can it at least work properly?!
