About this app

ProService is an insurance broker and offers this app to its customers, especially in the housing industry. Damage can be reported quickly and easily using the app. If you are not a ProService customer, you cannot use the app!
With this app we offer our customers another option to report damage quickly and easily. The damage can be recorded directly on site using this app and enriched with photos. The data then flows directly into our service portal and is further processed there. The recording of the damage and the report to us, and subsequently to the insurer, can be triggered in one step directly via this app. Further processing takes place exclusively via our service portal, which gives you an overview of all current damage and the processing status at any time.
The features in this version:
• Login for authorized users to record and report damage
• Selection of the damage location from the stored list of insured objects in your portfolio
• Selection of the type of damage and the estimated amount of damage
• Brief description of the damage
• Directly capture images to illustrate the damage
• Checking the entries and reporting them to the service portal of ProService Versicherungsmakler GmbH
