THE DONNALUCATA PROJECT
It was born because the partners believe that an agri-food market with fewer steps and intermediaries is a fairer and more transparent market.
A market that respects the needs of producers and consumers and brings healthy and natural fruit and vegetables to our tables.
TYPICAL PRODUCTS
When we talk about a typical product we are not just referring to the simple product itself, but also to the culture, history and tradition that have led the product itself to be "typical".
The DONNALUCATA project aims to promote a panel of traditional, quality and typical products of our territory, supporting a direct relationship between agricultural companies and end consumers in such a way that the added value created is equally divided among all interested parties

Short supply chain is synonymous with food safety. It is important that there are as few kilometers and steps as possible from field to table.
This allows greater attention to control, respect for traditions and allows us to know who was involved in the production, transformation, packaging and marketing of a product.
ENVIRONMENTAL AND ECONOMIC IMPACTS
The project allows the consolidation of short supply chain commercial agreements and the consumption of local production in the area. In this way there is a very low environmental impact of transport and better seasonal consumption of the products.
