This mobile application is part of a larger analytical system originally developed for a german company working in Shipbuilding industry. It has been developed and improved under the influence of German requirements for innovation and quality.
The development of a management system in the shipbuilding industry is a great challenge due to the fact that the work organisation requires constant movement of personnel from one place to another and therefore controlling of this movements and the work done is a challenge.
It is one thing to design and implement a system for managing work in an office or hall, where everything is grouped in one place, and quite another to manage distant work objects with constant movement of staff between them and with constantly changing and dynamic production structure, such as shipbuilding.
Over time, this has led to the development of a project management system that is so accurate and precise that it is able to perform real-time detailed analysis of each production process (related to human activity) down to the smallest detail, including the key productivity factor - The People.
An objective, mathematical evaluation of the work, regardless of the personal preferences of the respective manager, may surprise you.
It is possible that, after proper analysis, it turns out that not all of the always raised and privileged workers are really like that productive and effective.
