all of the online banking is a pain. the apps are worse. biz app won't download because it says not compatible with my device. im locked out all of the time personal and business. very inconvenient so far.

Useless and annoying I can barely log into my account with this app. It keeps asking me to sign up even though I have account. I've lost count how many times I've had to change my password because I've been locked out.

Provident took over from my business bank and this app won't scan any checks. Supper annoying as my prior bank Lakeland bank's app had no issues. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
