Bought a new Google Pixel and the app no longer works. Bummer. Was a great app when it worked. I was able to talk with an app support associate and got the issue solved. just a heads-up though, you need to clear both the cache and storage. Only then was I able to access the app. I just had to log back in. App works great, just as it had previously. Thank you for your help!

I've been using PFCU online, and their app, for as long as it's been available. I've never had any issues, except one that was affecting other devices besides mine and that they fixed quickly. When I moved from West Lafayette to the west coast, I couldn't find a bank that offered the level of sophistication that PFCU offers, so I maintained my bank account from a distance, which turned out to be extremely easy to do. I've been a member since the 1970s. I couldn't be happier with a bank.

I'm afraid the latest update has rendered the biometric login useless. I have a Samsung Galaxy. The fingerprint login just goes to a white screen. Manually putting in the login info works fine. Additionally, biometric login is only available for a single device, no matter how many people access the account. Virtually all other banking apps offer more flexibility and stability. I really expected more from something with the name 'Purdue' attached to it.
