started as a good app, unfortunately not anymore. I made a purchase on an item that was on a great discount, five days later the order remains pending due to payments issue as they claim, so I asked them to cancel the order and give me my money back to buy the item elsewhere, surprise it takes another five days to cancel the order and get my money back. very disappointed Update: today is 01 Aug and I have not received my money back yet.

used to be a great service, but lately it's been so bad, like constant delays, items being purchased sometimes even 20 days after placing the order. or the same order that has multiple items where an item would arrive to iraq but the second item is still "ready for shipment to iraq" ?? I still have 2 orders pending but I don't think I'll use this platform after.

This really makes me sad, but I have to say it, it was an extremely great app, but in the recent year or so, it has been falling in every aspect, and falling drastically delayed products shipping times, unexpected delays in every aspect of the procedure, delayed responses from the customer service team, and I had products being lost after purchase, and I had to wait more than two months for what was supposed to be 20 days or so, and the list goes on, overall it is getting worse and worse.
