Everytime I try to transfer to the vault it says the server is busy. Later it tells me that I have no internet connection when I'm sitting right beside the wifi router and the bars are full. I understand the need for ads...but they are very excessive in this game. There are especially a lot of ads when u get a boost. They play after every game which takes time away from the boost as u only get 5 minutes.

Sad to leave i guess my journey with Winr games is over. My account is disabled... There is NO in-app support... They don't reply to emails given in the info section... I can't even make a new account... This is insane

when I originally tried this app, in 2018, it was nearly impossible to cash out as little as .10 US. Now, 7 YEARS LATER, I've actually received a response! that's why I give this a 1 star upgrade from my previous review 7 YEARS AGO. In their response it was stated that cash prizes are now given out in crypto or to PayPal. Turns out that's only partially truthful. Now you earn virtual coinage to purchase raffle tickets, which has actually been going on for at least 4 years......
