Do not always get notifications of sales. Things seem to appear on a when they want to basis. From my understanding, the app is bad on both ends not only as a vendor but with the store owners themselves. App seems to be down a lot. It's good, when it's good. More often it's on the downhill though. Developer, the app definitely needs tweaking.

One of the most "misbehaving apps" I have ever had the pleasure of "not" being able to work with. Most of the time I'm told to try again when trying to check items sold. It does not let me in to see my figures. I have to log out which never seems to work. Turn off my phone or uninstall. As I am a vendor I need this app. Unfortunately, it gives me little opportunity to use it !!!

Well, I just started selling in an antique shop. They use Quail. I am able to get into the Quail thru the e mail that the merchant provided. I have it in a hold folder. If I get signed out I am totally screwed because I can not log back in. The app is useless and keeps giving me an error message that the user name and password are unknown every time I try and sign in. Even when I used the PW that was given to me by Quail. The app does not work for me and it's very frustrating.
