About this app

Mobile application for working in the electronic document management system "Workspace" on the Android platform.
The application supports the NCA RK EDS and has the full functionality of the system.
With the help of this application, it is possible to work in the system remotely (via the Internet) and remain a full-fledged participant in electronic document management, regardless of location.
The mobile application "Workspace" gives the user the ability to access their documents and perform all the necessary actions on the document online from a smartphone or tablet. In particular, the user can perform actions on:
• registration of documents (including auto-search and automatic filling of some fields of the registration card;
• adoption of resolutions on the document and control of their execution;
• approval (approval) and signing of draft documents;
• search for documents and orders by their details (including the possibility of saving requests and creating general requests);
• view files attached to the document;
• sending documents using EDS.
