App is not at all market-ready. Door unlock log entries go missing. Timed entry is only allowed for pin pad and not for fingerprint. Troubleshooting issues related to log events involves reseting the lock( defeating the very purpose of having log entries) These are really basic in a smart lock. When you pay over 10k to get such a poorly made product, not worth at all.

I was originally delivered a defective product. It toom them about 10 days to get a new one delivered and installed. Other than this issue - the product is really good. The app is average and can get a lot better. However it does the job of being a door bell and monitoring what is going on outside my house. I will be getting one more for my other house, however I hope they invest more on the App and making it more modern.

Title: Good Features, Poor Performance The app has useful features like energy monitoring, but the app struggles with long load times initially. Sometimes taking up to 3 minutes. And the Bluetooth-only mode doesn’t switch seamlessly when Wi-Fi or internet is down. Needs improvement. An export option for energy consumption is needed. Turning the plug on or off, is seamless (only) when the app actually loads (and internet is present).
