overall, good good bikes, good app. sub 5 because multiple bases ghosted us despite solid effort. also, would be good to get notification every 5 minutes starting at 15 remaining. R&R

It would be helpful to have a video showing how to lock the bike. Not even the parking ranger knew how. It took four people to figure it out. The bike is also a bike on the heavy side, so if you have knee issues, I recommend looking for a different bike.
