Whether you are thinking of buying a new asset or replacing an existing one or want to choose between two investments, a proper financial analysis of cash flows is necessary right from the onset. Quik CAPEX will allow you to immediately analyse a project on your smartphone. You can punch in your estimated cash outflows and inflows for a project or investment, and the application will calculate the projects’ Net Present Value (NPV), its Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Profitability Index (PI) and the Payback Period. A handy tool for financial managers that would like to discover the estimated return on the Capital Expenditure.
