Worst app. Upgraded the ad but there is nothing displayed in the orders, they sent me a notification to complete the payment which was not right as i had already paid the amount. Customer service not good. The agents keep sending the default emails without paying attention to the actual issue for which the ticket is raised.. They don't even call us even when we request them to. Not a good experience

Cheater. All inquiries asking for upi account. Like they are going to do everything digitally. Even they will pick up goods digitally. When I had denied for upi and said to pay directly in bank account, everyone turned back. Like their interest in upi only and not in purchasing anything.

If someone investigate the CEO of the company Praney will be behind bar for sure. The modus operandi is as follows: 1. They promised to upgrade my advertisement from Gold to Platinum. 2. The amount quoted after discount was 2599. 3. Subsequently, they called and demanded a payment of 1009. 4. They then sent a link for payment. 5. Another link was sent for the same amount of 1009. 6. I was asked to pay 1008 through a new link. 7. I received a message stating that 1009 remained unpaid
