The Rabta app is the worst app ever. It doesn't function well at all. Last time I tried to book a seat, it kept giving errors even though everything was correct. Now, I'm trying to reset my password, and despite entering the correct email code, it still says to provide the correct information. Is anyone even maintaining this app? Please address these issues as soon as possible.

Useless .. if you are giving an app and a service atleast make sure connectivity is good. The app wastes so much time bringing up the seat layout and displaying seat booking status and you are lucky if it actually displays something and does not keep searching endlessly.

I couldn't book my seats through this app. It redirects you to the pakrailways website to add passengers. After adding passengers on website the list doesnt appear on app. So confirmed my seats through website. Again the paid orders is not being shown in this app. Neither history is showing up nor paid/unpaid orders are updating.... highly incompetent and duffer software developers they have.
