Ratings and reviews

This app is fine for viewing your account balances, but is very troublesome beyond that. It requires frequent password changes, which can be very bothersome. However, my biggest complaint is with the mobile check deposit portion of the app. It has great difficulty reading checks and comes back with multiple errors and will not allow deposit. I recently tried writing three different checks for deposit and none would work with the app. Bank's recommendation - pay to have the money wired.

Very annoyed with the new app. Doesn't describe my transactions as well as before, doesn't enter transactions I have paid making my balance higher than it actually is, doesn't recognize my device with my passcode. Wish it would have been left alone.

The new update sucks. It doesn't tell me what the transactions are from like it used to and there are transactions that I made before the update that aren't listed on my account making my available balance more than it really is. Very annoyed 😠
