The RC Restaurant Manager facilitates two-way communication between the food delivery company and its restaurants. The restaurant staff can manage their orders and communicate order status to the dispatches for real time update. Hence minimize the time spend by dispatchers over the phone for order communication with restaurants. Faxing, printing of orders has been eliminated from the app. The order can be viewed and printed on demand if needed.

Further to that, depending on the restaurant business, restaurant can open/block order placing possibility by its customers.
