I am very disappointed with REDX courier service. My parcel was supposed to be delivered but they put my order on hold without informing me.No phone call or message, due to which I did not receive the product on time. Providing service without communicating with customers is completely unacceptable. My experience was very bad.

Sometimes a marchant also have some orders to receive. Just like today i received a sms that i'll receive a product through redx. But it’s annoying that i can't track my parcel via my merchant account. I think you should improve this feature. And add a feature that a merchant can also track her/his parcel that will be received by her/him.

I installed this app just to give a negative review. I ordered 18 products from rokomari. They sent 18. But I got 17..One small 34tk coffee packet was missing. And the box condition was too bad & it had a hole. Pretty sure the coffee packet fell through it. Such a poor courier service. They claim they delivered in just 3 days. But rokomari sent them on 8th October and I received on 12 October.
