I am very disappointed with REDX courier service. My parcel was supposed to be delivered but they put my order on hold without informing me.No phone call or message, due to which I did not receive the product on time. Providing service without communicating with customers is completely unacceptable. My experience was very bad.

Sometimes a marchant also have some orders to receive. Just like today i received a sms that i'll receive a product through redx. But it’s annoying that i can't track my parcel via my merchant account. I think you should improve this feature. And add a feature that a merchant can also track her/his parcel that will be received by her/him.

RedX provides excellent service, especially their system of collecting a verification code from the customer before delivery. It ensures the parcel is handed over to the correct person, preventing any mistakes. I truly appreciate this feature the most. I sincerely wish them continued success.
