The application of the RES service company, developed by the TelPlus company, includes the Smart Home service package. The following functionality is available for residents of apartment buildings: video surveillance (online viewing of video surveillance cameras on the territory of the MKD); intercom (online viewing of the video camera of the intercom door panel, receiving push notifications about calling an apartment from the door panel, opening access doors, gates and gates on the territory of the MKD); telemetry (access to the readings of individual metering devices for apartment resources); applications (the ability to write an appeal on the problem to the RES service company); news (news feed for residents from the RES service company).
