Hello Team, I am a regular student using the RG Vikramjeet App. The app is very useful, but after the recent updates, I noticed that the option to change or select video quality (240p/360p/480p/720p) is missing. This option was very helpful for students with limited data and weak network. Kindly bring back the video quality selection option in the next update. It will save our data and also help us watch lectures smoothly without buffering.

Dear Team, I have been facing several problems with the Math class videos. The video does not run smoothly. Whenever I start the Percentage chapter by Aditya Ranja Sir, it stops in the middle. Even though I am using Wi-Fi and the internet is working properly, the video still shows the error message “unavailable network.” I kindly request your team to look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest. Thank you.

the latest update is really bad, I used to watch the lectures after downloading them, and earlier the videos used to ask for quality of the video for downloading, and it used to download pretty quick, but now it doesn't ask for quality, and doesn't even download quick, sometimes it just gets stuck at multiple points, and sometimes it just stuck at retry itself, please either fix these or bring the old update back, exam is close
