Dear Team, I have been facing several problems with the Math class videos. The video does not run smoothly. Whenever I start the Percentage chapter by Aditya Ranja Sir, it stops in the middle. Even though I am using Wi-Fi and the internet is working properly, the video still shows the error message “unavailable network.” I kindly request your team to look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest. Thank you.

I am from vod 2.0, after this new update all the math classes are buffering. Though network is stable and fast.. when I increase speed, video and audio play are not matching and getting high buffer. And the single class taking more than 2 hour due to high buffering. And I have called the team and emaild but they are not responding. As we believe on the whole team, hope as soon as possible this issue will be resolve.

stopped working just before the exam...the interface was bad from the starting but was using it for the teachers and their teaching methods...but after the recent update I was automatically logged out...and I am not able to log in again, it's showing wrong log in credentials just not that I am not even able to make new account too...there are 3 accounts in my family, everyone is facing the same problem, their customer care are even worse, since 2 days they are not even responding..pls respond
