The application "Report of Foreign Trade Incidents -RICE-" is a platform that allows any person or company that carries out import or export operations, to report any situation that hinders said operations, directly to the competent authorities, with the purpose of that they can analyze the data and find appropriate solutions.

An incident is a specific report, generated by an importer, exporter or any interested party, which will be entered into a database, where it will be subjected to a technical analysis to determine its incidence in an operation and to be able to determine short-term solutions. if applicable.

The application is free of charge, it can be downloaded on any mobile platform (Apple or Android), it can be used by people or companies, owners, employees or individuals, who are interested in solving eventualities that affect foreign trade. The information provided will be kept strictly confidential.
