I have contacted your customer support twice, but there is still no resolution regarding converting my points to a mobile card. Currently, only the Sewasew subscription option is working. If there is a known system malfunction, why are my points still set to expire?

It's impossible to redeem "Ride Points", I've been consistently getting "please try again" for three months. Either fix it or remove the feature entirely

We need updates for this app... we can not rely on this kind of product to run a buisness. There are alot of problems with it... connectivity problems, destination problems, calculating price problems and sometimes it doesnt even finish trips and if does its not the right price. So I think you should finish developing and updating this promising app instead of sending hundreds of text messages a day.
