There have been several comments about the app needing improvement, especially with the ride points system, which still isn’t working. Yet Ride continues to ignore the issue as if it’s nothing. The ride points system feels like a scam. This shows that you care very little about your customers and only about making money.

I have contacted your customer support twice, but there is still no resolution regarding converting my points to a mobile card. Currently, only the Sewasew subscription option is working. If there is a known system malfunction, why are my points still set to expire?

It's impossible to redeem "Ride Points", I've been consistently getting "please try again" for three months. Either fix it or remove the feature entirely
