The program of Puls Television is focused on the most important daily events, social events and relevant personalities, primarily from the Kosovar Pomeranian region, but also beyond. In addition to news and events, the editorial office of TV Puls follows sociological phenomena that primarily relate to the Serbian national community in Kosovo and their relations with the majority Albanian population and other communities.

A significant place in the TV Puls program is the concern for the preservation of the Serbian national identity through the production and broadcasting of TV content on cultural heritage, the holy places of the Serbian Orthodox Church, cultural and artistic activities, the preservation of the Serbian language, and more. TV Puls regularly monitors the activities of the civil sector in Kosovo and has successful professional cooperation with all relevant institutions in Kosovo, including the International Community.

The news program is the focal point of Puls Television's production. As part of that program, the following programs are prepared, realized and broadcast: "NEWS TV Puls", "INFO FLASH", "Morning program TV Puls", the debate show "OPEN ABOUT...", "Review of the week " and other contents. In addition to its own production, the partners of the independent TV Network, which brings together all TV broadcasters in the Serbian language throughout Kosovo (TV Mir in Leposavic, TV Most in Zvečan and TV Herc in Štrpce), make a significant contribution to the development of the TV Puls information program, with the production of New Press in Čaglavica.

The focus of the Informative Program is events, phenomena and personalities primarily from the territory of Kosovar Pomerania, but also beyond. In the production and exchange of TV news, reports and reports, TV Puls cooperates with members of the TV Network, Radio Television of Kosovo and Prva TV in Belgrade.
