I really can't comment on the app still waiting on it to download to my phone. But while I am waiting, I would like to comment on the staff a RVA Financial and I think they are great. However their system Sucks! Yes with a capital S

I've requested a quote of a loan with a fully secured loan, but there has been no response several times. Also, I have been co-owner for my son since he has had an account. When l tried to check his account, it popped up. " No jumping allowed." He went to correct this and was told that we both needed to be present to be added. When we had the associate check, l was still on his account. He just had to change the opening information. Was there for quite a while unnecessarily.
