The RVG Calculator Plus is the visually and content-wise revised version of the free RVG calculator. It currently combines six separate fee calculators and is based on the fees of the Lawyers' Remuneration Act (RVG) and the Court Costs Act (GKG). The new fees according to 2nd KostRMoG from August 1st, 2013 and 2021 are included.

CIVIL LAW

The fee calculator for civil law calculates the fees for out-of-court work, legal and court costs for the 1st to 3rd instance as well as the litigation risk.

The fee level (level 1: up to 40 EUR fine, level 2: 40 EUR - 5,000 EUR fine, level 3 over 5,000 EUR fine) can be selected.

The fee calculator for criminal cases calculates the most important fees for the preliminary investigation, the first instance procedure, the appeal and the revision. TRAVEL COST CALCULATOR

The travel cost calculator can be used to calculate travel costs in accordance with 7003 VV RVG as well as daily and absence allowances in accordance with 7005 VV RVG. If an internet connection is available, the distance between the start and destination locations is determined.
